Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of 99.49% of the total voting power of Kirloskar South-East Asia Company Limited (KSEA) for a cash consideration not exceeding ₹5 Crores. KSEA, a trading company incorporated in Thailand, had a turnover of THB 30.91 Million (₹9.24 Crores) and networth of THB 22.65 Million (₹6.77 Crores) as of December 31, 2025. The acquisition aims to strengthen Kirloskar Pneumatic's presence in the South-East Asian region, enhance customer engagement, and provide faster sales and after-sales support. The transaction is expected to be completed within 60 business days from the execution of the Share Purchase Agreement and is conducted on an arm's length basis, though KSEA is part of the Promoter Group. The Board also approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
