The acquisition of KTSPL, which operates in the engineering and industrial products sector, is aimed at expanding KOEL's footprint in the Africa Region by establishing a direct customer connect. The total consideration for the acquisition by KIME is INR 8.25 Crore (ZAR 14.08 MN), primarily due to an increase in cash and cash equivalents in KTSPL. A Share Purchase Agreement was executed on September 30, 2026, with completion subject to closing conditions.
