Mastek Ltd Completes Sale of Chennai Commercial Building for ₹60 Cr

Mastek Ltd has announced the successful completion of the sale of its commercial building located in Mahindra World City, SEZ, Chengalpattu, Chennai. The building has a built-up area of approximately 1,57,233 Sq. Ft. on leased land. The aggregate consideration received for this sale is ₹60 crores, paid in two tranches as per the MOU dated April 24, 2026. The buyer is Caresoft Mobility Private Limited, and the transaction is not with a related party. This sale of property is not part of a Scheme of Arrangement and does not constitute an undertaking under Section 180(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013.
