Jetking Infotrain Sells Property for ₹4.16 Cr, Leases Back

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has executed a Sale Deed for its office premises (Office Nos. 601-608) for ₹4.16 Crore (Rupees Four Crore Sixteen Lakh Thirty-Three Thousand Only). Concurrently, the company has entered into Lease Deeds to continue using these premises for its business operations. The sale is not expected to impact business operations and does not constitute a sale of the company's undertaking. The lease term is for 5 years, renewable for another 5 years. The buyers are not related to the promoter group.
