Jetking Infotrain Appoints Hinal Shah as Independent Director

Jetking Infotrain Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Hinal Manthan Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Woman Director in the capacity of Independent Director. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is for a term of 5 years, effective from September 30, 2026, to September 29, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval in the upcoming General Meeting. Ms. Shah brings fifteen years of experience in secretarial, legal, and regulatory-compliance functions within listed companies and their group entities, having served as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has academic engagement as a visiting faculty member.
