Mastek Ltd has announced the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report, along with the Notice of the AGM, will be dispatched electronically to members who have registered their email addresses by August 7, 2026. The report and notice will also be available on the company's website and the NSDL e-voting portal. Members will have the facility for remote e-voting from September 3 to September 6, 2026. Key agenda items include the adoption of financial statements for FY26, confirmation of interim dividend, declaration of final dividend, and re-appointment of a director.
