MPF Systems Appoints New MD, Resigns Existing MD, Shifts Registered Office

MPF Systems Ltd announced significant management changes and corporate actions following a Board of Directors meeting on June 20, 2026. Mr. Parshottambhai Premjibhai Rupareliya has been appointed as the new Managing Director, succeeding Mr. Sharang Amar Sharma, who resigned due to personal and professional reasons. Additionally, Mr. Narendrakumar Laxmanbhai Raval was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent).
