
Max Healthcare Approves ₹425 Cr Expansion, Explores Medical Colleges
Max Healthcare Institute Ltd announced the approval of unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also sanctioned a capital expenditure of approximately ₹425 Crore for the expansion of Max Super Speciality Hospital, Vaishali, by constructing an additional block. Furthermore, the company received in-principle approval to explore setting up medical colleges/institutions, subject to regulatory changes and member approval. Key management appointments were also approved, including Mr. Ajay Vij as Director - Chief Supply Chain & Procurement Officer and Mr. Pawan Kumar Marella as Senior Director - Chief Experience & Brand Officer. Dr. N. Venkatesan resigned as Senior Director & Chief Procurement Officer.
