Maxgrow India Appoints Company Secretary and Two Directors

Maxgrow India Ltd announced the outcome of its Board of Directors meeting held on October 15, 2026. The board approved the appointment of CS Sawani Vaibhav Karkamkar as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from the same date. Additionally, Ms. Kim Joan and Mr. Rajendra Eknath Pawar were appointed as Additional Directors in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director, effective from October 15, 2026, until the ensuing General Meeting. The company also confirmed that the appointed directors are not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
