Welspun Specialty Solutions Appoints Dr. Prabodh Seth as Independent Director

Welspun Specialty Solutions Ltd has announced the appointment of Dr. Prabodh Seth as an Additional Director (Non-executive Independent Director). The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is for a term of four consecutive years commencing November 6, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Dr. Seth, a distinguished Indian Revenue Service officer with extensive experience in taxation, revenue administration, and public policy, is confirmed to meet independence criteria and is not debarred from holding directorship. He is not related to any existing directors or promoters of the company.
