Roshan Dealmark Disposes 10 Lakh Tavexia Lifecare Shares

Roshan Dealmark Private Limited has disclosed the disposal of 10,00,000 equity shares in Tavexia Lifecare Ltd (formerly Sattva Sukun Lifecare Limited) on September 17, 2026, through an on-market transaction. This disposal represents 0.26% of the total equity share capital. Following the transaction, Roshan Dealmark's holding in Tavexia Lifecare has reduced from 4.62% to 4.36%. The disclosure was made in accordance with SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
