The transaction, executed on-market on September 16, 2026, resulted in a reduction of their shareholding from 4.83% to 4.62%. This disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI's Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers Regulations, 2011 and Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015.
