Mazagon Dock Appoints K M Ravikumar as Independent Director

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. K M Ravikumar as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective September 7, 2026. His term is for three years or until further orders. Mr. Ravikumar brings extensive experience as an entrepreneur in structural fabrication, with a 38-year background in manufacturing mild steel materials and managing end-to-end operations. He is qualified with a BE in Mechanical Engineering from R V College of Engineering. The company affirms he is not debarred from holding a director position by any statutory authority.
