ONGC Appoints Bhaskar Chowdary Nettem as Director (Production)

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) has announced the appointment of Shri Bhaskar Chowdary Nettem (DIN: 10622394) as Director (Production). The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors, is effective from September 21, 2026, and will continue until his superannuation on September 30, 2029, or until further orders. Shri Nettem brings over three decades of distinguished service within ONGC, with extensive experience in offshore and onshore oil and gas operations, strategic business development, project execution, and international upstream activities. A Mechanical Engineer with a master's in international business, he has held leadership roles in critical assets like Mumbai High and Assam, and also chairs IGGL, a joint venture for gas pipeline development in the North East.
