MDL Board to meet Apr 30 for FY26 results & final dividend

Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Ltd (MDL) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 30, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting includes the consideration and approval of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board will discuss and potentially recommend a Final Dividend for the financial year 2025-26. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in MDL Equity Shares is closed for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026, to May 2, 2026.
