MBL Infra Board Meeting on 30 May 2026 to Approve Audited Results

MBL Infrastructure Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on May 30, 2026, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. The board will also consider the issuance of equity shares to promoters or entities forming part of the Promoter Group, pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved under IBC, 2016. The trading window has been closed since April 1, 2026, and will open 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
