MBL Infra Wins ₹82.77 Cr Arbitration Award Against Uttarakhand PWD

These petitions challenged an arbitration award dated December 14, 2024, which was in favor of MBL Infrastructure for the 'Improvement and Strengthening of Roads in the District of Udham Singh Nagar' project. The arbitration award, including interest, amounts to ₹82.77 crores as of July 27, 2026, with further interest accruing at 12% per annum until payment. The company is actively pursuing its receivables, engaging in negotiations, discussions, arbitrations, and litigations to resolve disputes amicably and maintain client relationships.
