MBL Infra: Uttarakhand Court Orders ₹81.14 Cr Deposit for Arbitration Award

MBL Infrastructure Ltd has received a significant update regarding an arbitration award. The Commercial Court in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, has directed the Public Works Department of the Government of Uttarakhand to deposit an amount of ₹81.14 crores. This deposit pertains to an arbitration award dated December 14, 2024, concerning the 'Improvement and Strengthening of Roads in the District of Udham Singh Nagar (Package No. C-2)' project. The company will also receive further interest at 12% per annum until the payment is made. This development is being treated as compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
