MBL Infra: ₹81.14 Cr Arbitration Award to be Deposited

MBL Infrastructure Ltd has received a significant update regarding an arbitration award. The Commercial Court in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, has ordered the Public Works Department of Uttarakhand to deposit ₹81.14 crores. This amount pertains to an arbitration award dated December 14, 2024, for the 'Improvement and Strengthening of Roads in the District of Udham Singh Nagar (Package No. C-2)' project. Additionally, the company will continue to receive interest at 12% per annum on the awarded sum until the payment is made.
