NCLT Dismisses McNally Bharat's Application, Orders Resolution Plan Compliance

McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd announced that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has dismissed its application filed under Section 60(5) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The NCLT order dated June 10, 2026, mandates the company (Applicant/SRA) to immediately comply with Clause 5.5.2.2 of the Resolution Plan. Additionally, the respondent banks are directed to remove the NPA status and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to the company within one week. The company is in the process of obtaining a certified copy of the order and will upload it to its website.
