Medi Assist Healthcare Services Limited has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM IST via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means. The AGM will consider the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26, including consolidated statements, and the reports of the Board and Auditors. Shareholders will also vote on a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Additionally, a director retiring by rotation will be considered for re-appointment. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, is being sent to shareholders electronically. Remote e-voting will be available from September 21 to September 23, 2026.
