Medi Assist Healthcare to hold 26th AGM on Sep 24, 2026

Medi Assist Healthcare Services Ltd has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 10:30 AM IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conference/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). The company will present the Audited Financial Statements for FY 2025-26, including consolidated statements, and seek adoption. Shareholders will also consider and vote on a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Additionally, a director retiring by rotation will be considered for re-appointment. The Annual Report, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report, is being sent to shareholders electronically and is also available on the company's website.
