Medi Caps Appoints Akshit Garg as CFO

Medi Caps Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Akshit Garg as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective August 7, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Alok K. Garg as Chairman Cum Managing Director for three years from September 1, 2026, and the appointment of Mrs. Saloni Garg as an Additional Director and Whole Time Woman Director for three years from August 7, 2026. These appointments are subject to member approval at the upcoming 43rd Annual General Meeting. Mr. Akshit Garg brings over 8 years of experience in finance and marketing.
