Medi Caps Appoints Alok K. Garg as CMD, Akshit Garg as CFO

Medi Caps Ltd has announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting. Mr. Alok K. Garg has been re-appointed as Chairman cum Managing Director for a three-year term effective September 1, 2026, subject to member approval. Additionally, Mr. Akshit Garg has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective August 7, 2026. Mrs. Saloni Garg has also been appointed as an Additional Director and Whole Time Woman Director for a three-year term starting August 7, 2026, also pending member approval. These appointments aim to strengthen the company's leadership and strategic direction.
