Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 2025 Results

Mediaone Global Entertainment Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure is for the purpose of considering unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on 31st December 2025 and other matters. The trading window will remain closed from 1st January 2026 until 48 hours after the announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results. Directors, designated employees, insiders, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from entering into any transaction involving the securities of the company during this period.
