Medicamen Biotech Ltd. has received a cautionary letter from the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE) on 27th January, 2026, regarding observations reported by the Secretarial Auditor in the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report (ASCR) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2025.
