ICICI Prudential MF Increases Medplus Health stake by 2.11%

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired 25,29,352 shares of Medplus Health Services Ltd. This acquisition, conducted via open market purchases between July 23, 2026, and August 20, 2026, has increased their total shareholding to 7.18% (86,23,690 shares) from the previous 5.07%. The fund clarified that these acquisitions are for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest. The total diluted share capital of Medplus Health Services Ltd. after the acquisition stands at 12,02,37,751 shares.
