Meera Industries: Director Resigns, New Executive Director Appointed

Meera Industries Ltd announced changes in its board composition following a meeting on August 31, 2026. The AGM date remains unchanged on September 29, 2026. Revised draft AGM Notice and Board's Report were approved.
