Meesho Discontinues CPO Role, Prasanna Arunachalam Ceases SMP Status

Meesho Ltd has announced an organizational change within its Product team, leading to the discontinuation of the Chief Product Officer (CPO) role. As a result, Mr. Prasanna Arunachalam, who held the CPO position, will no longer be classified as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company. However, he will continue to be employed by Meesho. This restructuring aims to strengthen accountability and align product strategy more closely with business needs, with product leaders now reporting directly to their respective Business Heads instead of the CPO. The company has provided the relevant disclosure as per SEBI Listing Regulations.
