Meesho Limited's Board of Directors has approved an investment of up to INR 50 Crores (₹50,00,00,000) in Retail Pulse Labs Private Limited (RPLPL). This investment is contingent upon the completion of the first tranche of Meesho's previously announced acquisition of Kirana Club Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiary RPLPL.
