Meesho has launched PRISM, its AI-driven Personalised Ranking & Intent Signal Module, designed to enhance product discovery for its 264 million annual transacting users. This system moves beyond traditional keyword search to understand user intent in real-time, with over 75% of orders now originating from AI-powered personalized feeds. PRISM utilizes over 100 AI ranking models, processing trillions of signals daily to understand how users shop across 10+ languages. It also aids sellers in reaching high-intent customers more effectively. The system is built on Meesho's in-house BharatMLStack and includes Trendpulse, an LLM-powered discovery engine to identify emerging demand patterns.
