Mega Corporation Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also address any other business as permitted by the Chair. The company also reminded stakeholders that the trading window for its securities remains closed for designated persons from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
