Mega Fin India Ltd: Trading Window Closed for Insider Trading

Mega Fin (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The window will be shut for all connected designated persons and their immediate relatives starting from October 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the submission of the unaudited financial results for the half-year ended September 30, 2026, to the stock exchange. The date for the board meeting to consider these results will be announced later.
