Mehai Technology: Secretarial Auditor Sumit Bist & Associates resigns

Mehai Technology Limited announced the resignation of M/s. Sumit Bist & Associates, Practising Company Secretary, as its Secretarial Auditor. The resignation is effective from May 27, 2026, and was attributed to personal reasons. The company received the intimation on the same date and has made the necessary disclosure as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors will consider the appointment of a new Secretarial Auditor in due course.
