Mehul Colours Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Mehul Colours Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for insider trading in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the half year & year ended 31st March, 2026. All designated persons, their immediate relatives and specified connected persons, including Directors, have been informed not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during this period.
