Mehul Pravinchandra Joshi Acquires 2.29% Additional Stake in Mehul Colours Ltd

Mehul Pravinchandra Joshi has acquired 2.29% additional shares in Mehul Colours Ltd, a company formerly known as Mehul Colours and Masterbatches Private Limited. The acquisition was made in concert with other persons acting in concert, namely Bhakti Mehul Joshi, Usha Pravinchandra Joshi, and the late Pravinchandra Girdharlal Joshi. The total holding of the acquirer along with PACs now stands at 71.53%. The acquisition was made through open market purchases, with the total transaction value being INR 10,54,90,400.00. The shares were purchased in multiple tranches, with the regulatory threshold being exceeded on 16th March, 2026.
