Melstar Information Technologies Holds 38th AGM, Approves Key Appointments

Melstar Information Technologies Limited conducted its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 8, 2026, via Video Conference. Key resolutions passed include the adoption of standalone and consolidated financial statements. The members also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vineet Goverdhan Shah and the appointment of M/s. S. Talwar & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term. Additionally, Mr. Selvaraj Johnson, Ms. Rose Mary Vase, and Ms. Ayushi Singh Bais were appointed as Independent Directors. The AGM also saw the approval of material related party transactions for FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26.
