Melstar Information Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 19, 2026, approved the company's audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. Additionally, the board approved a significant rebranding initiative, changing the company's name to "Melstarr Aerospace & Technologies Limited" and altering its Memorandum and Articles of Association, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
