Mena Mani Industries Acquires 100% Shares of Software Company JKV Solutions Limited for Rs. 8.4 Crores

Mena Mani Industries Ltd. has acquired 100% equity shares of JKV Solutions Limited, a software company with a turnover of Rs. 285.30 Lacs for the F.Y. 2024-25. The acquisition is a strategic investment by the company to expand its business in the Software & IT Services field and make JKV Solutions Limited a wholly owned subsidiary. The cost of acquisition is Rs. 8.40 Crores, where the company will issue and allot 1,05,09,957 fully paid up Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each of the Company at a price of Rs. 8/- per share, including a premium of Rs. 7/-. The acquisition does not fall under related party transactions and no governmental or regulatory approvals are required. The acquisition is a one-time deal.
