Menon Pistons Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 5, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Concurrently, the company has informed that the trading window for designated persons and their relatives will remain closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI regulations regarding insider trading.
