Menon Pistons Ltd: Unaudited Results Approved, New Director Appointed

Menon Pistons Ltd announced the approval of its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report from its statutory auditors. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Mr. Digambar Tukaram Shirke as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) for a three-year term effective October 31, 2026. Concurrently, Ms. Neha Marathe ceased to be an Independent Director upon completion of her second term. The board meeting took place on October 31, 2026.
