Mercantile Ventures Re-appoints E N Rangaswami as Whole-time Director

Mercantile Ventures Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. E N Rangaswami as Whole-time Director for a further period of three years, effective December 5, 2026, to December 4, 2029. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on August 14, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The re-appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Mr. Rangaswami, a B.Sc graduate and Associate Member of the ICAI, brings over 47 years of experience in finance and general administration, having served previously with a pharmaceutical company and Manali Petrochemicals Limited, and has been with Mercantile Ventures for 14 years.
