Metropolis Healthcare: Dr. Nilesh Shah Transitions to Advisory Role

Metropolis Healthcare Ltd announced the transition of Dr. Nilesh Shah from his full-time role as President - Internal Assurance to an advisory role, effective May 14, 2026. Consequently, Dr. Shah will no longer be classified as Senior Management Personnel from the close of business hours on May 13, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, declared a second interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share, and recommended the appointment of Deloitte Haskins & Sells as statutory auditors.
