Mid India Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

Mid India Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the purpose of considering audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons as defined in the code. The closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading in company's securities by insiders.
