Boreddy Gayathri, a promoter of Midland Polymers Limited, has acquired 44,79,372 equity shares and 33,00,000 warrants through a preferential allotment. This acquisition, along with shares acquired by Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), significantly increases the promoter group's holding. The total post-acquisition shareholding of the acquirer and PACs stands at 1,04,51,868 equity shares, representing 41.59% of the diluted capital, and 77,00,000 warrants, representing 30.66% of the diluted capital. The total diluted share capital of the company has increased substantially post-allotment.
