Mihika Industries Appoints New Statutory and Secretarial Auditors

Mihika Industries Ltd announced board resolutions from a meeting held on August 10, 2026. The company accepted the resignation of M/s. S K Bhavsar & Co. as Statutory Auditors and, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, proposed the appointment of M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates as Statutory Auditors to fill the casual vacancy and for a five-year term. Additionally, M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates were recommended as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term.
