Mihika Industries Appoints New Statutory Auditor

Mihika Industries Ltd announced a significant change in its statutory auditors during a Board of Directors meeting held on August 10, 2026. M/s. S K Bhavsar & Co. resigned as the statutory auditor, effective the same day. The Board, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, has proposed the appointment of M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval and will be for a term until the conclusion of the 43rd AGM. Furthermore, the Board recommended the appointment of M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates for a full five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The company also proposed appointing M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the Board approved the shifting of the company's registered office from Kolkata to Ahmedabad, pending regulatory and shareholder consent. The notice for the 43rd AGM, scheduled for September 1, 2026, was also approved.
