Mihika Industries Ltd: Auditor Resigns, New Auditors Appointed

Mihika Industries Ltd announced the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. S K Bhavsar & Co., effective August 10, 2026. The resignation was reviewed by the Audit Committee, and no concerns were raised by the auditor. The Board of Directors, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, has proposed the appointment of M/s. Kapil Kumar Aggarwal & Associates as the new statutory auditors to fill the casual vacancy and for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company proposed the appointment of M/s. Jay Pandya & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years. The company also plans to shift its registered office from Kolkata to Ahmedabad.
