Minda Corp Approves Investment, Director Changes

Minda Corporation Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved an additional investment of up to ₹37 Crores in its joint venture, Minda HCMF Technologies Private Limited. The company also noted the completion of tenure for Independent Director Mrs. Pratima Ram and approved the appointment of Mrs. Rachna Nath as an Additional Independent Director. Mr. Ravi Sud has been appointed as Lead Independent Director. The Board also approved the reconstitution of key committees.
