Minda Corp: Pratima Ram tenure ends, Rachna Nath appointed Independent Director

Minda Corporation Ltd announced key management changes and an investment. Mrs. Pratima Ram's tenure as Independent Director concludes on November 09, 2026. Mrs. Rachna Nath has been appointed as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director, effective November 10, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Ravi Sud will serve as the Lead Independent Director from November 10, 2026. The company also approved an additional investment of up to ₹37 Crores in its joint venture, Minda HCMF Technologies Private Limited, increasing its total investment to approximately ₹60 Crores. The board also approved the reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee.
