HCC Appoints New Company Secretary, Revises Authorized Signatories

Hindustan Construction Company Ltd (HCC) announced key management changes following a Board Meeting on November 5, 2026. Mr. Nitesh Kumar Jha resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective the same date. The Board appointed Mr. Debashis Dey as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective November 20, 2026. Mr. Dey brings over 22 years of experience in corporate governance and compliance. Additionally, the Board revised the list of authorized personnel for determining event materiality and issuing disclosures, including the Vice Chairman & Managing Director, CEO, CFO, and the new Company Secretary.
